Why am I not receiving notifications? How can I fix this?

If you’re not receiving notifications, it could be due to the current settings in your Notification Preferences. Here’s how to check and adjust them:

Access Notification Preferences:

  1. Navigate to the Settings section in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select the Notifications tab to review your current settings.

Enable Email and In-App Alerts: ✉️📱

  • Review the list of Notification Triggers (e.g., Account Updates, Monthly Reports, Dashboard Updates).

  • Toggle the switches under Receive Email Alerts or Receive In-App & Mobile Alerts to enable or disable specific alerts.

Ensure Alerts Are Active:

  • Verify that none of the options are toggled off unless intentionally disabled.

  • Use the Turn on all email or Turn on all in-app & mobile options for complete coverage.

  • Don’t forget to save your settings.
